Converts a GeoDataFrame to a list of PySTAC Items.

Parameters:

gf (GeoDataFrame) – The GeoDataFrame to be converted.

Returns:

A list of PySTAC Items created from the GeoDataFrame.

Return type:

list[pystac.Item]
